Return & Refund Policy

At pawmert, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched, the cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or safety reasons, which will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price of the item and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

In cases where a refund is missing due to an error on our part, we will take immediate steps to rectify the situation, including issuing a new refund or providing alternative compensation as appropriate. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve any issues.
